Sunset Bay is a waterfront seafood restaurant located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina overlooking Buckinghamd Landing. Sunset Bay had their grand opening to the public on November 15th, 2012. Michael Nguyen is the new owner of the restaurant. Michael brought on Zach Drescher as his General Manager and Jeff Brown as the Executive Chef.
Michael Nguyen is a successful local business owner and entrepreneur. Michael's roots in the restaurant business go back to establishments in Atlanta and Virginia. Michael is well known locally for his nail salon and spa, H Allure Nails and Spa in Bluffton, SC.
General Manager Zach Drescher spent the last 10 years in San Diego, California opening and managing seafood restaurants and fine dining steakhouses for the Brigantine Family of restaurants.

What's New:
Sunset Bay is open 7 days per week for Lunch and Dinner. Enjoy outdoor, waterfront dining on our gound level, or 360 degree panoramic water and island views in our main dining room and bar.
Brunch is now being served every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm
Sunset Bay Restaurant is under new ownership (Michael Nguyen), new management (Zach Drescher) with a new Executive Chef (Jeff Brown). The entire restaurant has undergone acoustic treatments, with new sound systems and entertainment in the Bar & Lounge.
Ask about or "Locals Only" menu, featuring food and drink specials from open to close, 7 days per week in our bar and lounge. Available to all Beaufort County residents.
